I love this playlist because the beginning can be really soulful, to get everyone really connected to their body and their breath, and then it gradually increases in energy and intensity to build the energy in the room.
I love that the songs are from different artists and genres and it’s a fun blend of it all together so that there’s a little something for everyone (just like yoga). Plus, the slow ending and the savasana song is one of my favorites of all time–bringing back that slow soulfulness at the end of class too, coming full circle.
