Stephanie has always been passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-RYT and currently teaches in Orange County, CA. Her goal through teaching is to help her students find success in all aspects of their practice. She has been teaching SUP yoga since 2014, and also teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Sculpt. She believes that Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is such a great experience because it’s always challenging, fun, and relaxing at the same time. Though Steph has a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, yoga is where her true passion lies. When she’s not on the water or practicing yoga, she loves to play beach volleyball and has an adorable yorkie named Sammy who smiles!

What do you love about Glide boards? I love that Glide boards are lightweight and super sturdy! It’s very easy to transport and I love that I can take my glide board in the harbor but also feel very safe with my board when I’m in the ocean. The lotus design is so unique and beautiful!

Best advice for beginner SUP Yoga: Enjoy the experience and don’t be afraid to fall in the water, especially when trying a new pose! Everything comes with practice, patience, and breath.
