E-RYT 200, Certified SUP Yoga Instructor and PaddleFit Level 1 Certified Coach
Jessie is a wife, mother, yoga teacher, and a Marketing Specialist for a senior living company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Searching for a new exercise program that also reduced stress, Jessie soon found what she was looking for at a local yoga studio. From her first class she was hooked. Jessie was a regular practitioner for several years before deciding to share her love of yoga with others and become a teacher. Her yoga interests soon included SUP Yoga and she received her certification through Stoked Yogi in June of 2015.
Jessie and her family are avid travelers. Jessie tries to hit the road every chance she gets. Some of her recent destinations have included Australia, Alaska, Costa Rica, Spain and Argentina. When traveling, she often finds that the best part of the trip is finding a yoga studio and enjoying some time on the mat with the locals – proving that yoga is the same in any city, country or language.
Jessie is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT200, Certified SUP Yoga Instructor and PaddleFit Level 1 Certified Coach. You can find her teaching a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Senior Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and SUP Yoga in the Indianapolis area.

Best Advice for beginner SUP Yoga?
Just give it a try. Most people think it looks too intimidating and don’t want to get on the board. If I can just get them out there, they always love it and come back again.

If you could meet any person dead or alive who would it be?
