It’s perfect for an energetic power class or a home practice that will get your blood pumping and heart soaring.
The playlist starts sweetly to warm everyone up and the energy builds as the class progresses. I have a rowdy bunch of regulars in my classes and they come from all different age groups. We seem to always have a song or two that motivates EVERYONE to sing out loud with absolute abandon! (The Beatles are always a good bet for that!) I love when a playlist can enhance their experience and transform them along with the asana! They literally float out of the studio. I hope you do too!
